Steven Bradley Williamson

Steven Bradley "Brad" Williamson, age 41, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away after unexpected medical complications on May 20, 2024. Brad was born on April 14, 1983, in Helena, Arkansas, to Steve and Leah (States) Williamson.  

Brad's life was one characterized by joy, love, and devotion. Growing up surrounded by his siblings, Micheal, Richie, and Shea, he cherished time with family and enjoyed playing baseball and golf and spending time with friends. After graduating from Marvell Academy High School, he attended the University of Arkansas, where he earned a degree in exercise science. Later, he continued his education at the UAMS School of Pharmacy, earning a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy. Brad worked as the Pharmacist-in-Charge at Heartland Pharmacy in Fayetteville, Arkansas. 

But beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Brad's heart found its true joy with his family and his beloved wife, Sarah Applegate Williamson. Their marriage on October 23, 2015, in Fayetteville, marked the beginning of a love story that would forever illuminate their lives and the lives of their cherished daughters, Lyla and Lucy. Brad was the epitome of a devoted husband and father, his love for his girls evident through every moment they shared. 

Brad was an avid sports fan and could always be found cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Brad enjoyed the outdoors, reveling in the beauty of the Natural State, whether boating on the lake or duck hunting with close friends. Brad’s zest for life was contagious; wherever he was, others wanted to be right there enjoying life with him.

Brad's presence was a beacon of joy to all who knew him. His smile, a reflection of his kind and gentle spirit, had the power to brighten any room and lift the spirits of all who crossed his path. He was not just a husband but a best friend, not only a dad but a role model and source of unwavering support.

Brad is survived by his wife, Sarah; their two daughters, Lyla (7) and Lucy (3); parents, Steve and Leah Williamson; brothers, Micheal Williamson and wife Rhonda, and Richie Williamson and wife Sara; sister, Shea Barham and husband Ben; and a multitude of extended family and friends. 

A celebration of Brad’s life will be held on Monday, June 3rd at 10:00 A.M. at the Cathedral Chapel at 1358 Millsap Road, Fayetteville, AR, 72703. Memorial donations can be made in Brad’s honor to a college education fund for Lyla and Lucy at Ugift529.com using code 27B-P3K.
